gardenia accommodation

Our south facing three bedroom Villa Gardenia, with full sun all day. Situated in its own
grounds with off road parking, or in the quiet road. The pool and gardens are surrounded
by high walls for your maximum privacy, and security. The pool has underwater lighting,
a solar heated shower, garden furniture and a large patio with sun loungers.

Living rooms are fully furnished and equipped for six people. The spacious lounge
diner is equipped with DVD, LCD TV, Sky satellite with BBC, ITV, etc; new leather
sofas, dining table and chairs, together with traditional Catalan furniture. The lounge
has doors that lead to the front patio, pool and terrace.

The 3 bedrooms, which sleep up to 6 persons have usual bedroom furniture. The two
spacous double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, double beds in each and bedside
cabinets. The twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinets and a Catalan chest
of drawers. There is a cot and high chair provided for a baby if required. All windows
have black out security roller blinds.

The kitchen is fully tiled and equipped with modern fitted units,and marble work-tops.
Usual kitchen appliances such as full size cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer,
electric kettle, toaster etc; with full cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery for six people.

The bathroom is fully tiled, with a bath, shower, w.c. and washing machine.

We have central heating installed for those out of season months. There is a naya [a
covered porch] with table and chairs for dining al-fresco in the evenings.

The gardens include a solar heated shower, and a 7m x 3m kidney shaped private
pool with Roman steps. The pool has automatic PIR under water lights, where you can
enjoy swimming under the stars at night. Sun loungers, parasols and usual outdoor
garden furniture are provided for your relaxation.
