Prices shown are for Gardenia per week, in UK pounds no hidden charges. We can accept payment in euros at current bank rate. We are unable to accept any additional "overnight visitors" other than those guest's named on the booking form. |

£100 or 20% deposit of the holiday cost [see booking form] is required upon booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the final payment. |

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we will refund all monies paid and wherever possible will help you find alternative accommodation. |

We have a helpful English couple living nearby who look after our Villa, available for any queries you might have. The pool is maintained weekly, and our Villa is cleaned prior to your arrival. |
|
|
|
Good quality freshly laundered house towels [please bring your own beach towels] and bed linen are included. Central heating for those off season months from November to March included in the price. |
|
|
|
Sorry, smoking is not allowed in our villa, only in the naya or grounds, neither are we able to accept pets. |
