		Living rooms are fully furnished for six people. The spacious lounge diner is equipped with DVD, LCD TV, Sky satellite with BBC, ITV, etc; new leather sofas, dining table and chairs, together with traditional Spanish furniture. The lounge has fabulous views to the pool, sea and surrounding countryside.
		The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, bath, bidet, wc, wash basin and vanity unit.
		Both the drive and all entrance's to the garden, pool and villa have wrought iron gates for extra security.
		Set in tropical gardens with sea views, there is a large 10m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool with automatic PIR under water lights, where you can enjoy swimming under the stars at night. The pool area has an outside shower, sun loungers, parasols and usual out door garden furniture for your relaxation. There are numerous tranquil spots for quiet reading and shade in the gardens. There are also sun terraces with an outside naya by the pool and a BBQ with table and chairs, which is perfect for dining al-fresco in the evenings.
