short drive or a 25 minute walk to the delightful and beautiful cove of el-Portet beach and Moraira, which is
completely unspoilt and undeveloped. Lagarto is situated in a beautiful valley with stunning views, situated in a very
peaceful tranquil location over looking el-Portet.

Lagarto is situated in a peninsula with its own microclimate, which tends to escape extremes of weather. Often when it
is raining inland, Moraira remains dry. The sea breeze is welcoming when the weather is unbearably hot and great
weather can be guaranteed from May to October. The average temperatures range from 18-30 degrees. The World
Health Organization rates this area as one of the healthiest in Europe due to its climate and lack of industry.
