There are also sun terraces with an outside naya by the pool and a BBQ with table and chairs, which is perfect for dining al-fresco in the evenings. |

Living rooms are fully furnished for six people. The spacious lounge diner is equipped
with DVD, LCD TV, Sky satellite with BBC, ITV, etc; new leather sofas, dining table and chairs, together with traditional Spanish furniture. The lounge has fabulous views to the pool, sea and surrounding countryside. |

The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, bath, bidet, wc, wash basin and vanity unit.

The fully tiled kitchen comprises of modern fitted units with marble worktops. Kitchen
appliances include a ceramic cooker hob, fan assist oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster etc. There is a naya [a covered and part enclosed porch] leading off from the kitchen that has wonderful sea and mountain views, with table and chairs for dining al-fresco. |

Their is car parking in the private drive or the quiet cul-de-sac outside. Both the drive
and all entrance's to the garden and villa have wrought iron gates for extra security. |
