Please check availability before booking flights. Thursday is our prefered change over day, but
we try to be flexible. Take advantage of cheap mid-week flights. Most villas have changeover days at weekends, but make big savings on your air fares with us, if you go mid-week. Low cost airlines such as Thomsonfly, Monarch, Bmibaby, Flybe, Jet2, Easyjet and Ryanair are just some that serve Valencia and Alicante airports. |

A 20% deposit or £100 which ever is the greater will secure a booking, the balance to be paid 8
weeks to your arrival. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the final payment.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we will refund all monies paid and
wherever possible will help you find alternative accommodation.
We have a helpful English couple living nearby who look after our Villa, available for any queries
you might have. The pool is maintained weekly, and our Villa is cleaned prior to your arrival.
Good quality freshly laundered house towels [please bring your own beach towels] and bed linen
are included. Central heating for those off season months from November to March included in the price.
Sorry, smoking is not allowed in our villa, only in the naya's or gardens, neither are we able to
accept pets. |
